Hey guys so I need to change the lighting so that the lights are on at night and off during the day to regulate heat.My plants are currently 1 week into flowering and the lights are on from 6am to 6pm, will changing the lighting to turn on at 9pm and off at 9am send my plants into shock? Would it be better to do this gradualy over the week?

They won't go into shock. If you turn them on a 9pm and off at 9am your forcing them to flower by changing the photperiod to 12/12. So 2 months later you got big buds.

uhh.. 6am to 6pm is twelve/twelve also. I did this once. Just drop the schedule back two hours each day. Start them at 4am tomorrow, 2am the next day etc. VV
