Chasing Purple Color

So I got some Granddaddy Purp going in to week 5 and aside form some purple stems its all nice and lime green. I looked at purpinator and thought I can just push Epsom and MPK myself. So the obvious answer is cool em down. So I'm pushing 85 degrees (AC at 82) with lights wide open, (1500 PPM co2), with a 72 night temp. So I am chasing a 10 degree spread. The question is, how low can I go before I have other issues. Ideas?

My buyers just like color, sometimes. Always something different. I can dress it up in Hippie Hill bags all I want, but the market gets pickier and pickier. Which is good I guess, for the consumer lol

So the purple kush song auto doesn't yield very much about oz the black cream yields more.

Doesn't the pck have a green pheno as well?
Yes but it isn't very common. It's better than the colorful ones though. Even the green one will pass on the purple trait though. I used it in a project and the purple continued to show up until I got to the F5 generation. That PCK will turn anything purple. Some act like purple is some secret and requires extensive breeding programs, etc... It doesn't. You can pretty much cross anything with PCK and the resulting offspring will be purple.

The trick to growing purple weed is to grow the right strain which is easy to do. Just get a pack of PCK.

Does frisian dew turn purple regardless of temps or does it need cold weather like it's purple star parent? Purple Star or Purple #1 are classic purple varieties from Dutch Passion but meant for outdoors and need cold temps to bring the colour out, I assume frisian dew is the same but haven't grown it.

Have grown it a couple times outdoor over the yrs, Theres a green pheno an a purple one the purple pheno was dark purple from the start not the leafs just the buds. The green ones were better smoking but the purple buds are eye candy.

Sounds very similar to Purple Star so I'd assume the colour is temp dependent like most "purple" varieties.
