Hello, anyone know where a person can buy good seeds with having to spend $50 or more dollars for just a few seed's???
I know that you only have to buy the brand once but still...

A $1.00 a seed would seem fair to me, but what do I know...
Thanks :leaf:

there are quite a few cheaper seed breeders that can be had from the attitude... you just need to look around, and sometimes they have nice promo's going on where you can buy one get one free..
and fyi, they are having one of the biggest promo's right now for their bday bash.. lots of good deals to be found, and lots and lots of freebies as well if you spend like $60 or so..

I wish you the best. Do keep in mind, cheap isn't always a good buy....you get what you pay for and when putting so much labor and love into a plant...you want to make sure you get the best strain you can to work with.

In the long run, $12 a bean is not a bad investment for a stellar plant. At $70 for 18 seeds, you would be paying aprox $3.88 a bean, if my math is correct (it's not always) that's as cheap as I think you can find.

think of it like this:
You get a guaranteed 6 female plants minimum out of an order of approx $50! And if you order feminized seed that's even more guaranteed female's. So if you look around, and find a 5 pack of fem seeds for approx $60-$65 (they're there just look around) plus the 6 free fems w/ this special and the ufo's, that's 11 FEMALE PLANTS!!!!! w/ the international shipping charge (about $14) and the stelth guaruntee ($10) that's $89. Put in the 420 code for 10% off and that's 15 seeds (w/ 11 of those being guaranteed fems!) for about $80 bux and they're GUARANTEED TO GET THERE!
That works out to about $5.50 a seed (give or take). Now if your only able to pull a 1/4 off of each of those fems then you'll have less than $10 in each 1/4 bag! Don't know where ur from but that's ALOT less than wat it goes for here!
You get what ya pay for!

cheap seeds seem so right for the times with gas screaming up to $4 a gallon - time for frugality
for low prices, KC Brains are way down there, like $1.50 a seed
and shipping can be quite the hit, i have been watching some threads on EDIT(EveryOneDoes It.com)
they have free shipping, so for about $20, you can be in business
not necessarily recommending KC Brains genetics or the EDIT seed bank, i've used neither yet
but i do track the most 'cost effective' solutions out there

Thanks, I'll check it out.
for the others, Im not a cheap skate or w/e, but being new to growing the price was more then i was expected it to be.
Just seems like there would be alot of places on the web to get good seeds , dirt cheap.
$5 US in some places is like $100

KC Brains stuff is awesome, I've grown several of his beans, the Northern Lights Special was the 2004 cup winner and it is my fav, I'm currently growing his Mind Bender and Crystal Limit both beautiful plants. But there is a trick to getting the good beans on his site he list the "current" beans anything not listed there is old ie; brain damage is available at the attitude but is no longer on his current strains list
little bit of research goes a long way :)

i'd have no reservation recommending KC Brains gear, just haven't grown it yet, so until then
but great info on the current seed offerings, i do see some germ complaints, but much less recently
there is no doubt this is a world class breeder, some amazing feedback on some strains
like you say, research helps a lot, some of the KC gear is geared to outside grows, but may not be labeled clearly for outside
