check my setup. I'd love some input

so this is my first grow. the couple of photos i included are of 2 plants that were under a florescent at my buddies up until a week ago when they were moved to my place. now they're under a 400W metal halide. i water them once a day in the morning with probably a cup of water. It was getting pretty hot in there so i aimed a fan at the setup from across the room. the leaves of both plants were curled one morning when i woke up a few days ago and have stayed curled ever since on the big plant. leaves seem kinda yellow. any suggestions?

less whatering wiat till soil is pretty dry pick up pots feel weight then water till runs out bottom pick up feel weight then just pick them up till they feel the weight they were dry again and by dry i dont mean crispy dry

what are your temps at? try not to go over 80. tinfoil is terrible for reflecting light, much better with just the white paint on the wall.

you give em any nitrogen yet?

They do look overwatered.
What kind of soil is that?
How far are the plants from the light?
You said a fan, is that your only air movement, and what temps are we talking?
How old are they?
