Check out 2nd run so far, 1600w

Here's some pics of my 2nd run, all soil. Flower room is 10x5 sec jardin grow tent:1 1k hps: 1 600w hps: air cooled hoods: filter,ect. Veg room is 4x4 sec jardin with 2 t5 light setups. So 12 54w t5 bulbs that are 4 ft. Just a filter and fan in veg tent. Flower room is 4 bubba og plants:2 in 5gal smartpots: 2 in 7gal smartpots, vegged a little less than 2 months. Running Botanicare grow(veg) and bloom(flower), liq karma(veg+flower), gh floral nectar grape(veg+flower), gh floral blend(flower), and rocks resonator(flower). Veg tent has about 12 clones taken from 4 plants in flower room. Started tying down some clones the other week with excellent results. Pic in flower tent taken a few days ago...about day 25 of flower. Actually added a 250w hps in the middle of bloom tent between 1000w and 600. Pics were taken before we put the 250 up. Very nice plants and set up Have you ever thought about LST or SOG? Seems you know what your doing maximize results?

could easily have a row of 4 plants more under them hood`s, maybe even two, but I guess thats a matter of taste

Yup I have the next batch(clones) lst'd in the veg tent. Wish I did with these 1st 4 plants but o well. Can's wait to see what the clones are going to produce with them being tied down. 3 more weeks of veg then I'll put them in bloom tent.

Ya for sure. I only had 4 fem seeds left of bubba og to work with and was tight on cash for more seeds. I have 12 clones from those 4 plants in my veg tent right now so next run will probably put 8-10 plants in bloom tent.

So that's a 1000w and 600w in the tent right now. I've been floating some ideas of either losing the 600w and adding a another 1000w so it would be 2 1ooowatters in the tent or adding another 600w so I'd have 2 600w on each end of the tent and a 1000w in the middle. Any thoughts or ideas on the matter?

As long as heat build up is not a problem you could put up as many watts as you would like. I'm a ''the more the better'' type guy. Nice plants Good Luck Dude

Thanks bro. I just wonder how sturdy those secret jardin bars in the tent are...

I had heat issues with 2k in a 5x10, seems like the lack of vertical space in grow tents just limits the yield potential with 1ks too, I just don't like using tents at all anymore tho.... might be better off with 2 6s, the jardins are pretty sturdy tho

One good thing is it in the basement... and this basement is fucking cold I actually run a heater when lights off. Its fucking freezing here in New England, been a frigid winter so far. It'll be nice in the summer though because it will stay cool for the lights but a good temp for when there off.

I also read the Secret jardin is pretty study, but I also seen Ppl. witch hood dropped on there plant`s (not a pretty sight) a wire from the hood to the sealing for extra security if the pole`s break would be well worth the effort IMO, just make sure to light proof the small hole you make for the wire (duct tape is the growers best friend)

Ya they seem pretty sturdy...I actually got a bunk tent(jardin) from a hydro store. Its seams were stitched piss poor. There were holes along the seams and when we put it up the seams ripped huge in the corners with out any pressure. Let the dude know and he made good and got us a new tent as soon as he could, took about 2 weeks, we had to bring in and exchange the bunk tent which sucked because we had are lights and gear set up(we were running out of space so we had to go with it at the time). I would still recommend secret jardin's I guess someone had a bad day at the jardn factory,haha.
