Check out my first grow room,some pics suggestions?

This is my first time growing. Im doing this cheaply my first time, but i think itl get the job done. Im using 2 blue 28 Watt CFL's to vegetate ONLY. I am hoping to get bloom 1 plant. Once i bloom i will add 4, 42 watt watt Red Cfl's for a total of 6 lights on 1 plant! look at my pics any suggestions,,,please!!!! im waiting for my mositure meter,what a good rule of thumb for how much water i should give each plant every few days?? please suggestions commenets critisisms,,all welcome!!

I planted these 2 days ago only

..........cfls??? grrrrr.......water only when neeeded smaller the plannt less watering its need, i feed my ones 500ml each of mix, every 3 days, little water, but as they get bigger ill increase the water, as my strain is a bitch too grow :d

dude look at my pics,any suggestions? im good with the lighting i know as i described right 2 blues, for veg add on 4 red for blooming,,for 1 plant only,il have a good result no?

get more lights....more light = more & better bud....always a good thing right?

but what about my set up is there something better to buy then the constructin light..it has a reflector on it right? a ballast is too expensive for me,, give me a better cheap way to hang them near my plant
