Cheese leaves curling

I have 3 cheese plants, 1 true blue, and a sour diesel all flowering, and another cheese mother vegging. All of the cheese plants that are flowering have their non-sugarcoated leaves curling, and the mother vegging also has some leaves curling.

I've been feeding them foxfarm trio (I missed the part of the schedule where I was supposed to use all nutes at once. I'm also using a uvb light. Lastly, I ph the water that I add nutes to between 6-7, and the water without nutes remaines not ph'd

The problems I'm having are exclusive to the cheese plants. The rest of them look like they're doing fine.

I thought it was salt build up, so I flushed the mother, and then, I cut off all the curled leaves, and a few days later they're curling again. I suspect it's probably the non-ph'd water (I tested it and it's about 8.5+ right now.. when I started it was around 7), but it boggles my mind that the only plants I'm having problems with are the cheese plants. The sour diesel looks fine (it's small but that's another story), and the true blue looks gorgeous
