Chef Boyardee.. Right Out The Can

So my girlfriend and her friend informed me last night how disgusting I am. Apparently enjoying some chef boyardee ravioli righti out of the can is on par with drinking toilet water in their book.

Am I so wrong that one of my few guilty pleasures is a can of cold ravioli? It isn't that I don't have a microwave. It isn't that we don't have anything else to eat in the house. Sometimes I just want to pop open a can of ravioli, grab a fork, and enjoy myself!!! Is that so wrong!?!?!?! :bigjoint:

Idk man, I saw my buddy do that one time and I got a little grossed out for some reason...

Like my mind knows there's nothing gross about it, but it still seems gross... weird.

I like all my food extra hot, tastes waaaay better!

There is nothing unsanitary about eating out of a can. All processed food is flash boiled to kill bacteria. I used to eat raw salmon out of the can when I weight trained very seriously. Tell your girlfriend to give you a scientific reason why it's gross our to leave you alone. Also, let her know that there is probably more harmful bacteria under her fingernails than in most toilet water.

I myself like to endulge in a good ol' can of ravioli, or beefaroni straight from the can !!
It's cooked already !!
I don't see what the big deal is, it's not like your eating raw beef or anything..

Canned salmon undergoes flash pasteurization, some people might consider that as being cooked, I don't. The crunchy vertebrae remains, and the scaly skin is left intact. Sounds disgusting, but it'll give you biceps the size of a telephone pole-almost, haha :)

I got a weak stomach! :spew:

But as far as the ravioli goes, sounds fine to me. At least it isn't spaggettios!
