Chiller Cleaning Advice - Help Please!

I've been running the Sunleaves AquaChill 1/10th HP chiller in my 12 gallon reservoir for a couple for months now. I clean it every time I change the reservoir. Cleaning entails emptying the chiller and running tap water through it. This appears to clear out the old nutrients and any small debris.

Are there any other steps other growers take? I'd like to run some H2O2 through it, but I know the thermal converter is made of Titanium, and I'm worried it may have a degrading effect on the metal.

Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Ya know, There is this stuff called clearex that I used for the first time this grow.
I used it in the end to flush with. Thing is, My res had a bunch of gunk on the sides of it and after flushing for 24 hours all the gunk was gone.

You may want to look into that.

I've got some in the cabinet. I'll use it next time I clean the reservoir.

Thanks Cruzer! +Rep

BTW, I think I've got the same fan as the one in your sig pic. $5.00 at WalMart, and I LOVE the thing!
