Chlorine catcher problems

Got a chlorine catcher from htg, hooked it up turned on the faucet and it won't stop leaking. Im guessing tge pressure from the faucet is to high for the very small chlorine catcher water line. Any suggestions out there? already tried plumbers putty but.it did nothing

I can think of many reasons. But they all are for different fittings. Can you post a pic of the unit? I'm to lazy right now to search. Just got back from school shooing for the kids.
