Chop or wait...must decide by tomorrow

What to do, what to do?? Hey guys, I've got this Double Chocolate from Canuk seeds here and need some decisions made for me..stat!!

Long story short, she's struggled along here the last few months, and has actually produced not bad, all things considered. I had 5 plants crammed into that 2x4 tent, so needless to say, not everyone got as much light or care they deserved. Something also caused her to foxtail a bit, although all the other 4 were fine, so perhaps a strain thing. Anyhow, she's the last remaining here and I need to leave town at the end of next week for a week. This means I won't be back until likely the 23rd at the earliest. I could chop her down now although I think she could use another week or so. She'd be dry and bagged before I leave, although harvested early. OR, I can keep her living with blumats, and chop when I'm back. Then at least then I can give her a proper dry, but I'm thinking she'll be probably a week or so past prime. I guess option number 3 would be chop her down seconds before I leave, hang her whole, and hope that she isn't dust by the time I'm back. I don't believe option 3 is doable though. I can keep temps down, but humidity would be in the 20's, 30ish at best. She'd be dry in two days tops.

There are no options to have anyone help out with filling humidifier or anything so that really leaves me at, 1) chop a bit early now, and let her dry for a week under decent conditions, or 2) chop late when I'm back. Pics suck I know, but fwiw, trichs are mostly cloudy, with some clear still and very few if any amber on flower.

Thoughts?
Thanks guys.
