Hey guys I got a few lovely ladies that are nearing the end of week 8 flowering and I will be cutting them down to dry this Friday. Here's the problem. I've had white fly problems from week one but were very minimal because I had ladybugs helpin to control them. However in the past 3 or 4 weeks, I've notice alot more whiteflies. All my ladybugs are gone and so the whiteflies are producing quite fast. The whiteflies leave their gooey shit on the leaves. Anyway I don't have an extra room to hang and dry them in so I will hang them in the same room but I don't want these whiteflies reproducing and affecting my buds while they are drying. Is there any advice to what I can do to help rid them or are whiteflies harmless while drying buds in the darkness?

best advice is to keep a clean room and stop using soil.
Put a cover over the top of your soil, it smothers the bugs so they cant get out.
thanks for the advice..yeah i've decided to go hydroponic with a drip system on my next grow. Today is the day i cut down my females. It is exactly nine weeks into flowering and all signs show ready for harvest. My only problem and question is that i need to dry in the same room where all these white flies have been reproducing rapidly. I dont know if these whiteflies will affect the way the buds are while drying and its potency. I definately cant get rid of them yet because i dont have a spare room to throw my buds into after i chop them down. Any suggestions on what to do or will the whiteflies not affect the bud's drying? I've tried everything from ladybugs to no pest strips to sticky traps to even trying to kill them one by one with my hands. Im gonna definately bomb the house with some pesticide once my buds are done drying and curing to insure no bugs will exist on my next grow. However i'm clueless and somewhat scared on how they may affect my buds. i dont want to be breaking up my buds getting ready to smoke it only to find dead white flies in them.
