Kiddies, huh? Where's any of your proof? Where's any of your grows for that matter? Are you another chuck estevez with a big mouth and doo doo plants? Who said you cut away a spot and it's gone? What makes you the "go to" guy on the subject? Sam the skunkman says it exists, ojd from connoisser says the same, as does raskal, and others whom I trust the word over some Dr Who on rollitup of all places. Not only that, I've experienced it myself and watched it spread.
Gee, Did I get deep in your head, lmfao.

I just got a king louie cut that has that exact same leaf look, it has not spread, it has not reduced yield or infected any of my other plants. Maybe I'll have it tested and see, then I'll post the report for capt.imstuckinhishead.

Ok......we did pretty good.....went five pages before someone started making personal insults.

I do not know who is Dr. Who, but I suspect that it's someone everyone respects as far as grow advice....so I'll thank you for chiming in.

Other than sending multiple samples to some lab in Michigan, I've yet read anything other than similar threads that too never gave any documentation backing the nay-sayer's point of view.

This is what I'm going to do since it was I that started this thread:

I put my plants back into the flower room and gave 'em a dose of calmag.

I'll monitor their health and report back if they get worse and follows the first plant and the leaves all turn to shit.

If they do go south, I'll then buy a test kit and send in a sample.

If they don't go bad in the next two weeks or so (they have about 3-4 weeks before chop), I'll come back and give a report.

Since I've not seen any compelling evidence that pot plants are exempt from getting TMV or a variation of this virus, I'll be leaving this thread up so other's can read and decide on their own.

1: I didn't SAY it did not exist! I said after hundreds of testings sent in. I have never had a positive! MANY, look EXACTLY like the pics you posted (those are pics from the net).
2: It was in a past thread on the subject, linked to this one(I think), that some one stated he simply used a "punch" tool to "cut out" the infection. Won't work.
3: I post my actual experience.
4: Who I actually am is none of your goddamn business. I have stated before what I do and how long I've done it. I feel no need to explain how I got my nickname either.
To be of note, if anyone cares. I'll be leaving for Amsterdam in a few days to spend a few months with friends of a caliber you list. I will be working a project we've had in mind for a cpl of years and it's about to come to fruition. I feel privileged to be part of the final step.

I don't answer this to continue any sort of pissing match.
I do not wish to be confrontational. I only answered your questions (they did tick me off).
I don't know who you are and don't care as it's not my business.
I do know who some others are on here, and that's their business.

Good day
Doc

P.S. thanks for the nod lilroach.

Sigh.......This is the point where the whole topic goes off the rails and posting videos that have nothing to do with the subject, and personal attacks begin.

I thought I could delete this entire thread being the original poster, but it appears I cannot. I would like to ask a moderator to close it now.

I want to thank all of you that were part of the dialogue and giving your insight on this subject.

My final thoughts:

I feel that there's a very good chance that TMV does exist in cannabis....and is often mis-diagnosed as other issues.

Do my plants have TMV? I don't know. I will admit that my original diagnosis was based on threads from other grow sites and I may be wrong. I pray to God that my plants are TMV free as from what I've read it's a nasty fucker.

Washing your hands or wearing gloves before handling your plants is just a good idea regardless of your opinion about TMV.

Thanks for following this thread. I hope readers will walk away with a little bit more knowledge and awareness about viruses that can affect your grows.

I've never asked who you actually are, and I don't give a fuck. I don't care how you got your nick name either. And yet, still no proof of anything from you, just jibber jabber. All that shit talk from diabolical how you can drop all kinds of knowledge about mosaic virus being a myth. But here we are with nothing from you, exactly like I expected. I post my actual experience too, but unlike you I have pics to support my claims.

If that's what you'd like to think, then so be it. You have one of the biggest mouths I've seen on any forum with the worst looking plants. Hard to forget a dude like that.
sure,ok when did you see my plants, mr,iamsofarinyourhead? I have never posted a full pic of my plants, so quit making shit up.

pictures doesn't prove a goddam thing. SHOW ME 1 professional test that says TMV can infect MJ. Not pics of your shitty plants.
I mean, if your plants DID have tmv, your buds would be affected, but it only looks as if you have some marbling on your leaves, same as my king louie, it doesn't spread to other plants, doesn't affect yield or buds, so HOW can it be TMV?
