I believe the Brothers Grimm is solid. If I remember correctly, that's the one that @curious2garden has grown with success.

The Rev at Kingdom Organic Seeds and Fleur Du Mal both have Cindy f4’s. Both breeders have been regarded pretty well here from reading through old threads. I don't have experience with them, myself.

Maybe it was the Fleur Du Mal version. I'm not sure. I've had good feedback on the Cinderella Purple from Brothers Grimm. It's a c99 mix

I can't say who has the real deal but it's not the Brothers Grimm version . I had the original when it first came out and my old partner grew the new one when it was released . It's not the same . It's good but not the same .

I just bought some packs of his Pre2000 AK47,. Im in USA, and they made it through Customs, with no problems. Theyre cheap too. $50usd a pack + Shipping.
Joeys is pre2000 C99 genetics.
He also has the real deal Pre2000 White Widow. Hemp Depot, is a great, and reliable company, and have been around, a very long time.

I can’t say enough good things about hempdepot as well..as a Canadian e-transfer are available too!

Female Seeds [attitude] has been selling it cheap for a decade. I've gotten sweet pineapple more than a few times.

I trust @jimihendrix1 when it comes to these things.

FDM is on F4 from original stock. Bauldaire, the owner, does top notch preservation work.

FDM, is also a good place.

I have KOS c99 that I took from f3 to f5. Very happy with my c99 stock. Make sure to buy atleast three packs to hunt out the best phenos if you plan to make more for yourself!


I hope to make another parallel line of c99. I have hopes of getting the Grimm c99 pineapple xx and breeding that to FDM c99.
To focus in on the pineapple as FDM says that’s what there f4 was about.

Heard good things about Canuk c99 fems. They have pineapple and grapefruit expressions fem’d together. I reckon hitting some of these girls with some Joey f2 male pollen would be a good path to c99 also.

I’ve been growing Canuk Seeds version for the past 2 years and have been pretty satisfied with it. I tried Female Seeds version too, good pineapple/grapefruit smell but got nothing for a high. Now my cousin brought back some Cindy from a friend in Ottawa about 5 years back and was the best shit I ever smoked. Colours were brighter, more vibrant and music just hit you with good vibes up and down. We watched Avengers: Infinity War 3D on my projector setup and then followed it up with Fantasia 2000. The music, colours and fucking flying whales was amazing. Got a clone of the plant but sadly turned out to be infested by spider mites. I nearly lost my first ever grow because of it, but thankfully stayed mostly confined to her. She was looking great before they came alive. Would love to know what the breeder he used for his grow and sadly he doesn’t remember, just somewhere from B.C.

I’m very happy with FDM.

There’s a big thread on icmag about this. The dude tried several breeders and said that Joey weed and fdm are legit but that the new brother Grimm is not the same. The best preservation being done by peak seeds, least bottlenecking of flavours - who are now out of the game, but jah seeds has c99 he has used peak stock to preserve.

Thanks for the heads up on the JAH seeds! I think I will have to give his version a look for sure.

I’ve recently grown ( Brothers Grimm), C99, Pinapple Xx, Cindy Purple and Space Queen
and all were fem’s. All were great, Will grow again

A couple of FDM c99 going on 13 weeks. They’ve had it rough. The funk disappeared and they’re both strong pineapple/mango.

It's been a long time but that looks like what I remember from circa 2000 .
