clone bucket

I've recently purchased a clone bucket. I was wondering if the water should be turned on 24/7?

been 1.5 weeks 24/7 and no roots yet, just small signs rooting.

ph is 6.5
water is room temp as it is inside.

24 hour light currently.

any help thanks.

I find that i get quicker, stronger root growth with 15mins on/ 15mins off when i'm running my clone bucket. i ran for 24/7 and had issues with damping off, 15on/off cured that and i normally see roots in 2-3 days now.
