First of all you have to put them under 18 hours of light 6 hours without so 18/6, when it gets about 30 cencimeters tall and have atleast about 3-4 nodes switch to 12/12.. The whole Progress can take up to like 4 months but I'd say 2-3 months if you have the right equipment.

No the plants are growing like a pale kid on Steroids in the first 2-4 weeks. Then It focus on the making all the buds. Correct me if I'm wrong.

lol a sog contains of small plants harvested early and 1 kola only that way you get just the tops and fast harvest

A sog is usually a lot of clones thrown into flower soon after rooting. It does not shorten flower time, they are not harvested early. The purpose of a sog is to keep canopy even( clones) and to make up with the number of plants harvested the loss of no veg time, so to speak.

Harvest in how many weeks? Do YOU know what SOG is?

This is obvously strain dependent, the flowering time will be cohesive with a regular plant (not clone). My last set of clones went 7 days and were slinging roots everywhere, I transplanted and gave them one week of veg (made me fell better about root growth in new medium) and then I slammed them into flower. They took 10 days to show flower and about 8 weeks from then to finish. I think cfls will just promote a slower vegetative process IME but floering times have been consistent, I don't use cfl's for anything but supplemental light now. Hope this helps, and by the way SOG is the shit especially when you get your rotation down and harvest perpetual.

All your doing is skipping veg time. Flower time is still gonna be strain dependent on how long.

No problem bro, the 2-4 week harvest time is referring to a perpetual harvest, which is optimal to me. You can just put the clones into your flowering box at different stages of growth and achieve that 2-4 week harvest just taking the ones that are ready and replacing them with new ones, and so on and so on.

I would say to root a clone will take a week (that is a safe guess). Then flower them for 8 weeks. So 9 weeks. Now that is under optimal conditions with a pure indica. If you were doing sog with sativas, then it could take up to 14 weeks of flower + 1 week to root. All depends on strain is what I'm getting at.

I figured. I've only seen one pure sativa SOG and it wasn't worth it. Keep in mind that during a scrog your yield will only be around 1/4 -1/2 oz each plant.
thats good enough for personal use and with the little bit of trim here and there i will have some goods eventuly the mother showed signes of hermi but then after 4-5 weeks before cloneing her she went back to female. not 1 male flower when i last checked :D
