if u grow in soil, i reccomend highly (gel for plugs) i ended up trying it as it was nearly half the price of clonex, the guy in the shop told me its no good 
as it has only half the strength of clonex
rooting gel but i tried it anyway
as it was 1/2 the price an im a tight git, hand on heart, i swear down i couldnt beleive the results AMAZING i was using cfl's 1 to be precise an i was getting rooted clones at 2 - 4 days yeah dayz, crazy i know but true none the less i only use it with jiffy peat pellets not rockwool
as i get better results who said u get what u pay 4
