Clones: 8 days no roots?

hello,

this is my first attempt at cloning. I cut 8 clones 8 days ago, 4 from each parent. I have yet to see any sign of root growth. They are still alive, some days more than others. Should I keep going or cut new ones? I figured after 8 days I would start seeing some root.

I appreciate all advice

You may not see roots for two to four weeks. Have patience, as long as they still appear alive and relatively healthy, don't get too discouraged. Cloning is a learning process, as with all growing. Give them some time, sounds like they'll be OK.

You're probably doing fine. I don't usually see any roots for at least 14-21 days in my aero cloner...even longer in rockwool, etc.

thanks guys, mine are actually in a diy bubbleponic system. I broke open one of my rockwools a few minutes ago and saw one that had a nice white spike growing out of it, and they still look good. So thanks for the encouragement, I'm sure things will be fine.

Yea, takes awhile, even more so if they've been in flower. Just have a little patience and good things will happen

You don't need rockwool to clone on a bubbler at this stage, you place in the net pot with clay pebbles and they will root soon enough.
