Clones burned from Sun

I purchased 5 clones a couple days ago after bringing them home i transplanted them into 4 gallon pots and put them on my balcony. The following day the temp went up to 110 degrees and burned my clones not too bad but still wondering if they are going to pull through. Here's some pics.

I've seen worse off clones and plants live including when one of my plants dried out I thought completely and peeked back after a few hours of water and cool temps

In hiking there is a saying. Never go too fast, too far, too soon. That might be applicable. It looks like most of them will make it. But I would put them in partial sun/shade for a few days. Until they get their trail legs, so to speak.

Yeah I put up a little 4x6 tarp from 99 cent store to shade them

Yup that's exactly what I'm doing. It's going to cool down soon so I'll be good

Well now you know from here on out that seedlings and clones need to be hardened off first.
Sorry your babies got burned but they will bounce back

they will be just fine and maybe even better because of the stress. get it!
