Clones Day 4 still green but limp, why?

It's been day 4 of the clones. Under humidity dome and over a heat-mat 72-75deg. I used gel, and they are in a rockwool plug. Where the plug is slit could that lead to air getting to the stem and killing it?!

Aired out yesterday and today for a few min, also put it far far away from the MH for a few hours yesterday and today with the dome (7" tall) figuring they need light.

The stem isn't so big, but I do see a little bit of brownish tinge going across the leaf near the stem too any ideas?

I really don't want this to fail as they are cutting attempt 7,8,9 and 1-6 died! My plant will go to dead cuttings if this keeps up! Please help :peace: Thank you!!

PS. This is my first attempt at a clone job.
