Clones From Flowering Plants?

I was forced to take clones from my flowering plants as I had a problem with previous clones. Should they go straight back to 24 hours under a fluorescent as they have been 12/12 under a 400 watt HPS setup (actually 2 400's and fluorescent).

your fine cuting while in flower io do al the time 6 to 7 weeks in flower for me. but i leave the bud matter on. your clone will root better and sometimes faster when cut in flower do to the lack of nitrgon. heres one i left the bud on. it took 30 days to do what you see there.

I do all my cuttng's in flower, no more than 2 weeks though, the more flower the longer re-veg. I always leave the buds on too, check out my albums in my profile, there's 1 there of my clones from flower.
For the lighting, I wouldn't use 24/0 I use 18/6, you need the dark period for the roots, also cut the tips of your leafs off (just the tips) except for the newest set. This promots root growth instead of foilage growth.
Hope this helps, your pal hardroc

Thanks hardroc I have already started cutting the tips of the leaves like you suggested and if you remember they were drooping badly a couple days ago and thought i was going to lose them. I took your suggestion in regards to the humidity levels and fixed that problem. They have improved alot and am sure they will be OK now. Thanks again for the input as I think it saved them. I am going to take some pics this weekend and I'll post . Maybe you can take a look and tell me what you think. It is my first grow, buds are forming and the plants are 4 feet tall and I think look extremely healthy.
