clones from hermies?

I have clones that were taken from what turned out to be hermies after they flowered. I believe the seeds were of good genetics but I ruined the plants due to many mistakes during my first grow. Will they be hermaphrodites as a result even if I took the cutting prior to them flowering? They are White Widow. Thank you.

If the plant hermied due to environmental stresses, your clones are still female and should be fine. They're still prone to hermie though, it's in its genetics, only way to find out is grow out those clones and if you get any hermies you should consider culling them and start with a new plant. Hard to know how susceptible those clones will be, but they're definitely female right now. I typically just trash any lines that show hermie properties. I was growing an old line of Blueberry outdoors and noticed that I was starting to get more and more hermies, ended up culling that line last year and starting fresh.

Thank you for taking time out to write. They did nothing but give me problems as well when they were flowering where every plant was a hermie. And they looked great until the very last month! The f-ing things are out of here. I have AK47, Vanilla Kush and one more White Widow from another seed bank. Time to move on from my first time crop.

Hey no problem, that sure sounds like you need to cull and move on. Sucks sometimes, that old Blueberry I had running for years was a nice bag appeal and great smoke, and it produced very well outdoor. But after getting some hermies outdoor then indoor I had to just give it up. The hunt for the next one can be fun though :)
