Firstly - Give them a spray then get rid of that water they're sitting in...leave the top off for a few hours, poor things need some air and a chance to dry out a bit!

I only water-clone but this is a method I've thought up but not tried yet so feel free to try it if u want - remove the dome then sit the cubes (I'm assuming you're using rockwool) submerged in water for 5 mins...then take them out and leave them under the light with the propogator lid off - spray them once daily about 8 times...4-5 days later (or whenever the rockwool gets dry) submerge the rockwool again for 5 mins, then repeat for about 3 weeks - if theres no signs of roots after 4 weeks I'd call them dead...

If anyone has any better suggestions go for it but thats what I'd try personally...

lol.

"Yeah, what do you mean, spray them? Do you mean that I take a spray bottle, and then I fill it with water, and then I squeeze the trigger. 'Cause then water will come out and... oh, I get it, spray them."

If by "old lettuce" you mean they have this funky black film on them... yeah... those are toast and washing that crap off should be among the first ideas a person would have in this situation.

I say re-research and start over. Humidity domes are completely overrated. I clone in coco with 100% success and no domes. I mist them lightly for the first few days and then the roots set and they grow. Once you find a method that works all the mystery of cloning disappears and you see the gimmicks and noob advice.

Get yourself a jiffy greenhouse in the future. You will get roots in 5-7 days. Also make sure the cloning medium stays moist but not wet. I will only add water when the bottom gets dry.
