Clones - Showing off

leaves are trimmed back during the cloning process to reduce their surface area and in turn reduce the amount of water that is transpired though them. This slows down their water consumption so they do not dry dehydrate in a few hours time and struggle every day during the rooting period. I do this because it also promotes good air flow around my cuttings and saves me from having probs with powdery mildew and the like during the 10 days they are in a RH of 90%++. Of course i have 40-50 clones at a time packed into my humidomes.

I've smoked "pineapple express" and it was fucking bomb. Im pretty sure it was just a name tagged onto something that smelt/tasted like pineapples, but it was BOMB..

I wish I could get a cut of it.

Looking good so far, another week or two I would be FIMing them. Do you FIM or top your plants at all? Are you growing in full soil?

FIM = Fuck I missed

Its a form of topping where u dont cut off the entire top and it results in many tops rather then just two.

Its like clipping 75% of the bright green new growths. Not as much stress on the plant ,usually grows multiple tops!

At what height/age should the FIM and TOP technique be done.

I am going to try different techniques on different plants.

Gonna FIM a couple, TOP a few, LST a bunch, and let a couple just do there thing.

fim one at the third node one at the fourth node etc. get a little note book so you know which plant is which and see what each one does. i know topping at dfferent levels makes diferent amount of tops!
