doesnt need the fridge only air tight, no light. unacceptable
On another note my cuts when dipped in clonex and misted with water are viable after 13 days in the crisper. helps with plant counts around here....

My man thanks for always helping.... Unacceptable in the fridge? It has seen light when I open the fridge door. might be better off using fresher gel just to be safe..
hey If clones fit in the crisper why not lol

As soon as the gel is exposed to air it starts to degrade. It's to cheap of a thing to try to cut that corner. Not worth the risk imo.

I have had really good success with an aloevera plant, just dipping my cuttings in their flesh. Plus they grow back, look cool, and heal sunburns too. It is essentially the same thing as clonex but 100% organic.

Thank you for mentioning aloe Vera because that was my original plan after seeing a few folks including m nice demo it on YouTube. Then Do you let some aloe sit in water as well overnight to place the cuttings in before applying the gel? What do you use for your medium?

I use jiffy pellets, and yes I soak about a 4 inch piece in the water I'm using for about 24 hours, seems to do the trick! I have also done it in rockwool and straight into coco this way.

Thats just bad ass...What kind of water do you water the clones with while you are waiting for them to root?

We used to have a huge willow tree next to the old family home. It had to be cut down because it was diseased and too close to the house. Bummer since it would have been so convenient for cloning.
