cloning into flowering

Hey guys.. If I cut say a 4inch cutting from each of my plants, let them grow roots in small jiffy pots with soil and rooting hormone, when is the earliest I can begin to flower them to see the sexes?

flower them right after rooting.

will i get any bud from them by doing that?

well, it depends on what the clone decides to do. some of my clones in the past have freakishly super-grown during flower, and would have yielded good if i didnt rid of it.
