Cloning solutions and related questions

Can anyone recommend a good cloning solution to use? I understand liquids and gels are better than powders, I guess I just need some advice on good brands. Also in addition to the cloning solution is there anything else one would need to have success with cuttings?

Also on some of the products out there they need to be mixed based on whether the plant is a hardwood, semi hard wood, soft wood, or ornamental, which one would someone use on a plant such as the ones discussed in these forums? Does age of the mother plant make a difference in this determination?

Any comments are welcome and appreciated.

Thank you

I use, heck I don't even know the name of my cloning gel, its cheap and in a white container 3.99 for like 1 oz, but I use Clonex solution (liquid) for watering my clones, I run it at about 200ppm.
