cloning

I understand all the basics of cloning but can't decide what product to use. I've heard "take root" is pretty good but where do i get those bases you put the clones in, what are the best brands, gel or powder etc. Any info will be appreciated.

I use Rootech and I've always had a good success rate

when you say bases do you mean rockwool? as for products schultz take root is good, im no expert in rooting products so i just use what ever name brand i find.

i use clonex gel in rapid rooters

I think by bases he means the cloning gels themselves. As for mediums I always use rockwool. Before Rootech I used to use Olivia's cloning gel. Both have worked great for me.

I used Take Root once when I couldn't find a decent plant store and had to just go to Home Depot. I will never use it again. Take Root is easy to find but it's definitely not the best stuff out there. Using Take Root is like using miracle grow. It will work but it's cheap crap and won't give you the same results as other stuff out there.
