i had a real nice clone with roots all over and i put it in soil with no nutrients and 12 hours later i look and it looks like it hasnt had water in a week and is pretty much dead. i soaked the soil before i planted the clone and then watered again, im using alot of perlite so it didnt drown. any advice what i did wrong.this is the 3rd clone i have lost. im batting about 500. thanks oh the ph was around 6.8 same as when i water the clones with well water. clones are in rockwool in a dome under t8's

After I transplant my clones from clone dome to party cups I take out the gridded tray and put the clones back under the dome for a couple of days and slowly open the vents to acclimate them to the regular atmosphere. I have 100% success with this method.

When you pull them out of the dome they'll droop if their not fully established. After 10 days of cutting the clones I start to open vents to drop dome humidity so that way they can get used to the regular enviornment.

You need to harden it off to ambient humidity slowly. The transition from high humidity to low humidity has put your clone into shock. Placing it back into a high humidity environment will sort it out.
