Closet Grow CO2 Question

Ok, basically, my question is this. Is it worth the Time/Effort/$ to invest in a CO2 system? I only have 3 plants ATM. I'm just curious if it is worth making one of those 2 liter bottle CO2 systems? (the sugar, baking soda, yeast, water method) or if it would just be a waste of time considering how many plants I have??

I have been using co2 for years and I have found that if your room is not basically sealed then it's not worth using co2. But everybody is different and you might get good results. Co2 will increase health and weight on your ladies if used right

So I'm guessin my closet would definitely not be in the "sealed room" category.
