No you don't need to exhaust or intake air. That's why you supply the Co2 at around 1200 ppm and the plants supply the oxygen so You can still breath when you enter the grow room.
Usually a fan and filter are placed in the room to recirculate and help reduce the odour.

This style of growing is called a "Texas style room"

However with texas style you will also need AC and dehumidifier to keep temps and RH under control.

ok kool, because i thought that we still needed to remove stale air....what is the best way to run ventilation to cool 6 lights that are parallel 3 on one side and 3 on the other...my room seems to get kinda hot like 85-90 degrees...

First of all you've given me very little to work with?

What size lights?

Room size? I need to know this so I know how much ambient room space there is to disperse any heat from your lights.

Current lighting setup, including fan sizes and ratings.

Lastly where are you measuring temps? Canopy , ambient in the room etc.

You mean a room like this?

for 6 hoods you are going to need 18k BTU AT a MINIMUM. I would highly suggest a 24K unit if it gets hot in your area. That room you see is fully sealed with a water cooled co2 burner, two 60 pint dehu units, and a high quality 6" fan on each side pulling air through the hoods. Carbon scrubber in the corner but I only run it about 1 month per cycle. If your asking yourself "do i need to get rid of stale air" I think you may want to up your plant and indoor growing knowledge before making the plunge to a sealed co2 room. When done right, ITS BANGING. When not done right...well, its a half assed waste of money.
