co2 regulators what my best bet?

just wondering if any ol cheap regulator would work for my grow room. i have a 20lb tank . im sure i do not need a ppm monitor right now. what would be a good reliable source to purchase a cheap reliable regulator?. also what are sum decent cycle times for running a exaust withco2. my grow dimensions are 5x8 if that helps. thanks in advance.

You can get real high quality dual stage regulators dirt cheap on e bay but I would think any regulator would do. I bought mine at a welding supply store.
