Co2 tablets?

Hey, I have a buncha of old aquarium stuff, and there are these Bioplast CO2 tablets. They say that they are for the plants inside of an aquarium. its say;

"The Nutriflex CO2 system enriches your aquarium with sufficient CO2, anf fertilises your aquarium plants at the same time with the essential nutrients iron, potassium, depending on your choice of tablets."

Maybe by putting a CO2 tablet would give it a boost while not harming the roots. what do you guys think?>

Im interested in knowing this also. That would be an alternative to a sealed room if so huh?

after further review; someone on grasscity said that its the leaves that need the co2, not the roots. So really it wouldnt do much. Anyone else? I think that it would help still
