Cob 80 to 100w range - Vero29 C or CLU058-1825 ??

I need your feedback about these Cob. I really don't know what is the best, cost is not an issue.

I read many threads but i can't find my way between the 72 v Bridgelux or 50v Citizen.
Numbers seems to be very close.

It s for a 4 cobs array in 3x3 tent.

if cost is not an issue use more cobs at lower wattage

those cobs are pretty similar, gen6 citi is a little more efficient. neither are the most efficient cobs on the market

thx for your answer, I wanted to say cost is not an issue for the cob only... but i don't want a panel with plenty of 50w or less cob and duplicate the items.
i grow tall sativa plants and i need light depth only in 3x3.
