Pictures not very good but they look overwatered if anything mate. They also look quite badly stretched, what lights are you using and how close?

I water 2 times a day in coco and never overwater but it depends how big your pot is and how well rooted it is. Also I have my 600 mh and hps 1 foot away and have no burn and no stretch.

Thanks man. Rootbound plants do show signs of overwatering but saying that some people grow big plants in small pots with multiple feeds so I'm not sure. Transplanting during flower is never a good idea although I have read about people doing it. Not sure though.. what's you ph, ec and nute schedule?

If it was anything to do with the coco I'd imagine it would have shown by now... up the ph to 5.8 for a start. What's the drainage like ? In that small a pot it may need an extra feed a day!

Yep.. I thought overwater until he said 1gal pot. Most people running that small a pot are giving multiple feeds daily. I'm in 18ltr pots and feed 2 times a day till I get a little runoff which takes just under 2mins .

Just be careful and use rhizotonic or another root stim. They help with stress of transplanting . Good luck bro and Yh keep us updated

I also run coco/perlite, and also in one gallon fabric containers, and only have to water every other day, running a 600mH bulb. And the plants are very healthy bushes. Waterring twice a day in veg is crazy, they would never get a chance to dry.

To rule out overwatering, go by the weight of the pot, if its light - water it, if its still heavy - be patient. Very easy to tell by weight with coco
