coco in hempy or smart pots?

I have always grown in soil and wanted to try Coco, I have clay pebbles, perlite or vermiculite I could use in bottom of pots if I went for hempy buckets.I will be using the lucas formula for nutes and was wondering will I get better Yeild growing hempy bucket style or just using the 2 gallon smart pots I am currently using for soil?

Put a 2inch deep catch pan the size of your smart pot in the bottom and have the best of both worlds.
