coco seedling watering

my plant is in 160oz cup.coco, and its about 1inch tall
2 baby leafs. I pre-charged the coco before
so I have been spraying just plain' ph'd water
since they pop'ed out to surface.
my q is should i water it properly until
I get a 20 percent run off?. Or, just keep
spray until they have second leaves?.

not using humidicrib no air can stretch the plant

Iv just got mine past that stage and been watering all along.. Also heard allot of bad things about misting! As long as your soil and pot/cup allows for proper drainage and your waiting until the soil or medium is proper dry before watering again they'll be fine!
