"COFFEE" Anyone??

I was Ready to Harvest Yesterday but, Decided to wait one more day. I went outside this am Ready to Cut my babies and,.......WTF? WHY DOES IT SMELL LIKE COFFEE???
I woke up the Man and Screaming to go check the Babies Now,...They Smell like COFFEE?? He Confirmed (COFFEE, SUGAR) smell. What Happened OverNight? I Cut, Trimmed, & Hung em.

While I can think of no natural event that would make your stuff smell like coffee over night I think it was way to early to cut that plant down, it looks weeks away in that pic.

I thought so but, Everyone in the Family Told me to Cut it Now. They told me it Went Past its Due Date? I freaked out and Cut em this am. I asked my Brother to come over and Help Me but, I think its OVER. Sad

Yea, it's wasn't done and "went past date" doesn't really apply to cannabis.

A plant finishes on its own schedule, not a breeders timeframe.

Sorry for your loss, hope what you got turns out good.

Thank you. Everyone in my family is a "Expert" (lol) I will do better Next year. I haven't grown Anything since the 70's. Every day is a New Learning Curve. Thank you for responding. My Quest to Grow the Best Continues (Next Year) The Great "P Patch."
