Pretty good read here, http://lewrockwell.com/orig3/monahan1.html

The last paragraph was the kicker.

"
There are plenty of stories like this these days. I don’t know how many I’ve read where the writer describes some breach of civil liberties by employees of the state, then wraps it all up with a dire warning about what we as a nation are becoming, and how if we don’t put an end to it now, then we’re in for heaps of trouble. Well you know what? Nothing’s going to stop the inevitable. There’s no policy change that’s going to save us. There’s no election that’s going to put a halt to the onslaught of tyranny. It’s here already – this country has changed for the worse and will continue to change for the worse. There is now a division between the citizenry and the state. When that state is used as a tool against me, there is no longer any reason why I should owe any allegiance to that state.

That story is all too believable.
I've never liked the airport "security". I have not flown for some time due to this type of stuff. I do not know if I could make it through without some form of protest. This activity as well as the new 100 mile swath "border" are contributing to the new Amerika and the new kind of "freedom". War is peace.

Can you imagine a country that wants to have a secure border? What's wrong with those ppl?
Okay I'll bite. The imaginery line is where? At the border. 100 miles inland is not the border. If you think warrantless searches are okay good for you, I don't.

By the way can you get some better scenery on your avatar, I kinda liked the
German beer drinking chick...any chance at an encore?

100 miles? How about...wherever you find them?

Not sure I understand your post. I'm objecting to the Border patrol setting up check points away from the border.
It's a move towards guilty until proven innocent. War is peace etc.
