The rules must be changing on the fly like the medical program itself. The docs are governed by provincial colleges. ....0.7 g/d eh?...that's a laughable joint a day.
funny how the recommended g/d dropped when we won the right to continue growing. You are going to be able to walk into a store and buy an oz at a time, so anyone can self medicate with whatever g/d they wish. The only reason for the low limits is to limit garden sizes. They want to keep everyone at 4 plants or less regardless whether you're medical or recreational. They'll have to pry my 49 plant license from my cold dead hands! lol

I agree. HC went so far as to say yes a court order now allows patients to grow a " limited " quantity for themselves. Trying persuade Joe public, that it's not the MMAR, but on close examination it's a cut & paste of the MMAR/MMPR. The College published their dosage guidelines before we won the Allard case, in an effort to persuade doctors to keep dosages low, knowing full well that we would win the Allard case. They government didn't even appeal, which was a first. What they did though is use Big Pharma and the College to control medical use, by providing cherry picked info based on those " very few " studies they claim exist.

Now my point above as is as yours, that with recreational you can go buy an ounce a day or 5 if you went to 5 stores, without a 10 year criminal free background, nor do they have to give their private medical info ( medical authorization) to the College, how unfair is that ??
