nothing like that there. you'll have to find someone on the street lol. just go to a dive bar or a place that isn't clearly for tourists/fancy shchmany, be nice to the bartender and then ask them if they smoke. if they say cigarettes just say no. if they smoke weed they'll understand, if not, tell them you're looking for a cigar bar or something.
If your medical you can have up to 15 plants per person and up to 45 plants in a collective. I am medical and I guess I just assumed he was medical from another post. As far as finding it,although Iam from western WA I would have to assume it's the same over there, the greenery is everywhere and not hard to find at all. I'm going to be going to Spokane, WA from Alberta, Canada later this month for a week. As a visitor from out of state (country actually), will I be able to pick up some bud for while I'm there? If so, do y'all have shops or cafes like Amsterdam? If not, where would one acquire some?
