You'll lose between 70 and 80 percent of the weight after drying and curing. Roughly, an ounce now will be about a quarter later.

yeah it shrinks alot, for sure half of your wet buds will evaporate

make sure you cure them in a masson jar when there half to three quarters dry,it makes your smoke smooth

im not sure about black but the darker the better most people say 70/30 amber/clear but i think a bit darker is fine!

1000watt hps???? how far was it from the pants??? i thought 1000 watters made huge nugs? i guess it deopends alot on the strain and the training/pruning /topping???? i dont even top my girls i kept the lights close and they are flowering at about 16inches
