Common air flow requirements

K so this seems to be a very frequently asked question that has many variables making it hard to give any single answer.

How often should air be exchanged?

This is my solution

Some good pics and conversations should make this thread very useful, so load it up guys and gals.

great start 420 guy. i'd suggest you have carbon scrubber/no carbon scrubber as another branch of your decision tree. as you know, i've got 4 data points from four different sources showing requirements for carbon filter air flow.

once per hour
8 -10 times per hour
over 12 times per hour
2 - 20 times per hour

I thought about that they are an item that has flow resistance. Like any item placed in the way of flowing air the resistance would need to be accounted for when meeting fan CFM to the Heat and Co2 factors.

All of these numbers could be correct given the correct setup.
