Complete guerrilla growing guide.

Well, use your imagination friend! I have heard of people doing things like hanging paint cans in trees, and then growing a small (usually an autoflower) strain in them! Mind you, the root growth and plant grow take a big toll, but it's stealthy! And don't forget to use google earth. If you see patches of trees, look to plant on the east side of them, to receive the most possible sunlight. I like the find natural barriers that people don't want to cross (Rivers, Train tracks, roads) and plant a ways back from them. For example though, a patch of woods completely surrounded by roads, with no structures in it. Perfect!

Thanks for this post man. I'm going to start my first grow soon. I'm going on a mission to find my spot tomorrow. Thanks again.

Good luck with it! Remember to have watering the plants in mind, and also to plant where there's some kind of clearing to the East.

This is great stuff. I appreciate someone posting a difinitave guide for all to read. I been doing this
for a few years but it's great to have other people's suggestions/experiences 'cause you learn
something new every day if your paying attention! One thing I learned, the dryer the area the less
bug's etc. you have to deal with.

P.S. Someone in Mass. got busted growing in the middle of a 40' pine tree. Man that would be a lot of
work!!!

Good for him though! I think the two most important factors in a guerrilla grow is creativity and motivation.

quick question... instead of bringing in bagfulls of FF or any other soil could i just amend whats there with perlite and fertilizers? unless the soil is clay and rocks im not gonna be hiking with a midget on my back for a mile... same volume of perlite is much lighter and might be all i need to 'loosen' up the natural ground. Also... i have some strains indoors that will be big enough to take clones from soon, but they will not be very large... do you think a guerrilla grow would be more successful with small 4-5" inch clones or germinated seeds planted outdoors?

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back, but I haven't used the internet in like 3 weeks! Anyways, people are split on clones vs seeds. It all depends on the size. Commercial growers use clones because they can pull big numbers from them (50 clones per plant indoor). If you're going by seed, it's pretty important to start them now, indoors. I would recommended trying both, since you have them. And yes, the soil can be amended. If it is bad though, at least buy the Scotts Potting soil, it's extremely cheap. I hear worm castings are one of the best amendments. Good luck!

Have you started your plants indoors at all?

Nice guide but i don't get that stressed about location.. I'm planing on putting some plants in a area where the only guy who will pass by will be my cop uncle going to a small area full of vegetables he's watering.. I don't know how that sounds but they will be perfect hidden by other random plants and still get insane sun!! Either way I'm so lucky living in this spot plus he dislikes most of other cops.. Yeah!! He hates his job..
