Confused...One Diagnosis, or two, or ? Pics

I had figured the yellowing lower leaves were due partly to the plants getting rootbound in 16oz cups. Transplanted a week ago into a not much bigger Jiffy peat pot.

The plants seem slow to grow. Could this be a potassium issue?

pH seems fine, runoff was last measured at 6.2

During the night cycle it gets down to about 45f at the coolest, if that.

Plants are getting now half doses of FF GB & BB and a little ST, in a 3 to 1 Miracle Grow organic potting soil to perlite.

By notes they are 6 weeks old, and my tallest plant is only 8" or so, but not very bushy.

I am growing two Afghan's from Nirvana seed. The third plant, is from BS.

Its the soil! MG has nutes allready in it so they are over fed before you start. Over feeding causes deficencys of other nutes. Is a viscious circle. Plus foil is bad causes hot spots and it burns leaves its not good for your girls! I would flush and change the soil asap. Then use water with a shock treatment a coule times. Then go with the GB with a little SugarDaddy and Magical to help with deficencys. I would use the BB later in the flower cycle. Good Luck. Its not too late!

This looks like a typical case of Potassium deficiency. You may also be overwatering but I'm not sure. Best is to water when the soil at the top is dry.
47F?!?! I believe that's about 7C... waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cold!!! This is slowing down your growth for sure!

Yeah I guess in retrospect the MG was not the way to go. I swear when I bought it I didn't see that it had time released nutes, but I was wrong. So is the MG with my diluted nutes burning, or locking out other nutes?

What exactly do I use to shock treat the water? And what does that accomplish?

Thanks.

No, no overwatering going on...but I think I should introduce the heating pad.

Well, right now your best bet is buying some nice organic nutes. You're still vegging, so go with something that has Nitrogen, Potassium, but not very much Phosphorus (but still some). For the beginning go with 1/3-1/2 strength solution, then after the symptoms of deficiency start disappearing slowly rise to 3/4 and them full strength.

And some extra heat during the night (no more than 20C/68F) will do her alot of good.
