Hello I have ran my own personal garden for many years. I now have others that are asking me to help them. I was wondering what is a fair price to charge. I don't want any of the crops. Anyone that cares to weigh in on this topic feel free.

What do you mean by help? How much work do u really have to do?
Good question currently the garden is bad really bad. I told them to start over but they really want to try to salvage something out of the current crop. So I defiantly have to be an MD for them.

Realistically its the big picture. They are investing In a warehouse and I would like to run it. The warehouse has the potential of producing 700k a month.

How big is the grow how many lights what wattage . How many plants. Are you just a consultant or will you actually be getting rid of the bug and deficiency problems yourself.

K I see..if you are skilled enough to handle that kind of operation then you should be making the big bucks..I'm not sure exactly what number you should be making..but im going to say 10grand a month if its all running smoothly. ..to start tho maybe 3 to 6 thousand a month it really depends on what you produce.

So you are saying people who can't grow shit , have already decided to invest in a warehouse, and you, think you can run said warehouse, but yet here you are asking how much to charge on noob central..Damn

If you are going to be the manager of a 700k a month op, then you would be wanting to earn that a year between 500 and 750 imo.

For just consultancy , if they are friends and the effort is minimal, nothing, if they need their hand held something like 100$ an hour sounds good

I cant help that people with money that have never grown shit are getting into the industry. Get use to it its only just began. The people with money that hire the right people will do good. The people that don't hire and think there money can grow for them will fail.

so let me get this straight. You come on here asking a bunch of questions (like two days ago) on how to set up a warehouse grow, and now you are consulting to others about how to run a warehouse grow?

You are a fast learner

I would think no less than 1 million dollars an hour...with benefits.
