Convinced for a grow tent but not for a fan

Hi. I'm doing my first grow. I have 3 3 gallon smart pots in vegetative stage around 4th week. I'm looking for something to flower inside, I ordered 250w 2100k CFL with reflector, I also ordered 2 120mm PC fans with speed control. I'm gonna be flowering inside the room I sleep so it needs to be quite. I'm willing to pay for an affordable small-medium sized grow tent but all grow tents are made for at least 4 inch fans and carbon filters. I'm gonna do two DIY carbon filters and I'll use ONO gallon bucks with ONO fan since I'm a MMJ patience I'm not so strict about the smell I just want my neighbors not to get disturbed about it.

I was planning to use an old drawer but I read that in flowering stage plants might get as big as 3 times so I'm not sure if they'll fit until harvest.

My question is if I buy a grow tent and decide not to use a fan and carbon filter how do I fix PC fans to the grow tent to keep it light proof.

If I go with my drawer, and if my plants hit the walls of the drawer would that be a terrible thing to do?

Just get a small 4" inline fan .. Save your self some hassle , what type of light you using

My room is pretty dry I'm using a humidifier to raise the humidity to up to %30. I'm using 280 w total 45 w CFL's at 5500k plus a small 13w 2700k for some coloring around. As I mentioned I ordered a 250w 2100k CFL to put right above the SCROG net and I also plan to add 2 more 45 at 2700k to sides in my box.

I just can't predict how tall they'll get. Right now any branches stretching too much seem like can be controlled by tying up but I have no idea how sensitive they will be at flowering. What if they run over the SCROG net and touch the CFL light? Here is a picture of them right now in vegging. The drawer I'm talking about a little bit taller than 40 inches, 35 inches wide and 12 inches deep.

I'm willing to spend some "budget amounts" of money. I guess I can afford a 4 or 6 inch fan and a good phresh filter but as I said it's gonna be in my room. As far as I check youtube videos even 4" ones are terrible. No matter if they silenced or not. I will never exceed 3 plants flowering at a time so and as far as I calculate I'm circulating more than 2x of air needed to be circulated in my drawer using two 120mm fans.

I wish I could find some grow tents or boxes, ventilated with PC fans. I guess I'm gonna be fine with DIY walmart carbon filters and ONO gel. I'm expecting an ounce per plant. More the merrier though.

PS; please ingore the clones in the red solo cups. I'm talking about the plants in the smart pots.
