It's two pieces that attach to the side of the tube they are about 4 in wide I think it's plenty of reflective surface for my 4x4 grow area

does apollo have any warrentys? and on the hood all the light faces down and you can throw a good sized 4 plants under it without reflective walls would you say?
 
reason why i ask is i gotta alot of space in a room and until i divide it up with wood or decide to get a grow tent i gotta make it work

I've only run with a cooltube, so I'm very curious to try out a proper decent hood. Looking at different grows and setups (here on RIU and in friend's gardens I visit) to pick one out and try it. I feel they will be better distribute light over a specific area.

Get the Apollo on amazon $180 2 bulbs, a balast, hanging ropes and a timer with a 6in cool tube. You'll be very pleased with the light this thing puts out.
