Cops fucking jacked me

Yesterday at 720pm one time pulls me over. They followed me from the marijuana clinic. I noticed them as I turned on the corner one min after leaving the spot. So they follow me a little and hit the lights when I'm two blocks from home. He tells me I'm going a little fast and then say he smells weed and if I had any? Dumb ass me thinking cuz I had my prescript I would be ok say" yeah I have medical marijuana on me here my license and paper". He tells me that place is a scam and I'm not allowed to transport this. I had to medicate on sight then have someone drive me home. What bull shit. I was so pissed I ddent think to look up the laws on my phone while he wrote the ticket. what bull shit fuck 5-0. On feb 20 2003 sb 420 was passed. This say I can transport weed. It propbably wouldnt matter anyway, I'm sure that cock sucker wouldnt hve looked on phone and been like " ok I'm wrong sorry, here's ur marijuana and sorry to waste ur time" .
Now I have to go to court to get my weed back. 1/8 of la cofidental and an eighth of super dawg ( smelled like og mixed with sour d) . Dam now I have to go back today after I sleep alittle and pick it up again. I'm gonna go get the same shit , I'm craving thoose flavors. Thank god I have enough home grown and left over butter kush.

make sure you research that law that says you can transport, there could be some stupid technicality. Take what you learn and go to court. If you're right I wouldn't be suprised if the cop doesn't even show up.

he mentioned something like that but I chose the ticket so I could get that shit back. and to prove a point in court. Canorml.org is very informative

Talk to NORML they must have legal advice for this kind of thing.In Canada we have lawyers who takeon this kind of case pro bono(FREE) for the sake of the cause. I can't believe that you don't in CA.

Probally do, it's just a matter of looking. If they're out there though, NORML will be able to point you in their direction.

Yeah I know a couple of lawyers in NY. Who can do it pro bono cuz they are cool like that.
But in regard to the situation, the police are horrible. Just get ur other 1/8's of bud and chill out. I'm jealous about ur LA Confidential btw.

Don't trip yor legit anything under an ounce is a slap on the wrist and $100 fine quit tripping... Im surprised he took your weed and pulled you over is your car all tinted up lowered lifted etc.? I pulled out of a clinic recently in front of 2 cops and the station is down the street.. Scared the fuck out of me too I took a slight detour through a neighborhood and ditched to avoid having to worry about it.. Man Im sorry to hear about it but seriously don't trip it was less than an oz and it wasn't like you were going to sell it or had a scale or anything.. Your cool..its only a misdeamor also

if you can afford a lawyer get one. not for you but to fuck with them. drag this shit out as long as you can. a lawyer can show up in court and get it extended. at least once or twice every time you do this it costs the courts money. make it as hard and ridiculous as possible for the courts. this is what gets the laws changed. the DA here kept losing due to the state laws. it ends up costing them a lot of money to lose. marijuana is now on the lowest priority list due to this.

Always aske the cops to show you ID.

Then ask them for a pen so you can write down their details, force number etc...
This makes them crap themselves.
