Cops or robbers?

Last couple days ago as I was moving my seedlings out of my car and into my patches, i noticed a car on the end of the road parked. I didnt pay too much attention because this road was shared with a timber cutting company. However, after i moved the plants into the safe zone and got back in my car and took off, the random car began to drive where i was parked. I stopped looked back and he quickly drove off.

As the next day came around, i drove my car to the very end of the patch area because i was really paranoid. I walked through the bushes and transplanted all my babies and watered them. I was curious to see what really happend the other day so I went to the main entrance of the patch and I froze in my tracks.. The exact same car was parked right outside the entrance with no one in it.. and the thing is it was Sunday so the timber cutting company was closed...... I got so sketched out and beganning running through the back end of the forest back to my car. Once i reached my car i drove to the main entrance again just to take a quick peek.. Just at this moment I saw a guy get into the car and begin to drive off..

I dont know what to do now. Iv got 2 huge clones planted and hundreds of little seedlings just planted aswell. The area I am using is pretty safe and Im sure he is not the cops.. perhaps another grower? a ripper? All i know is that his car is very old with duct taped doors..I dont want all my hardwork to be ripped comes end of the season .. I attempted putting a 5$ bill under a tree branch to see if anyone takes it. Are there any other ways to find out if people have been to your patch?

Hidden camera..

This is what I might do..

Dig a moat (I think thats the word) around my grow site, put a tarp over the moat and throw some leaves on it, if any1 comes near my site they are going down into the moat =].

dig up and move spot. Thats all you can do without fear that this guy will raat you out and you getting legal reprecussions in the end from it. Leave about 5 seedlings for him to keep comign back to watch.....the follow him (after you've moved everything obviously) and ask him what the fucks up and why is he stalking your shit?

first instinct is always to run but you totally should have climbed a tree and watched that f@#ker but i guess that doesn't help now. if its not private property than you are allowed to be their so i dn't know i think i would have watched hiim or followed him

Im ganna risk going back to my patch tomorow. My patch is hidden in a huge patch of thorn bushes, i cut a path into the middle and dug out a 10 x 10 feet space. It took me a week to do this and i really dont want to lose such an awsome spot. Im thinking of doing what bizlem said, getting a set of movement capturing cameras. man.. why do people have to be so nosey these days!

Because everyone loves weed, whether they know it or not. And some people are shitty enough to steal it right out from under your nose.....I like the "follow that car!" idea. Should probably stake out a spot and wait for him then follow his ass back home or to work or where-ever. If you can figure out who this guy is you have a better chance of knowing what to do........plus digging a moat would be a buzz kill.....GO COMMANDO ON HIS ASS!!!!

shoulda went and talked to him.. Said you owned the land or worked for the logging company and wondered what the fuck he was doing there.

That sounds like a decent idea. Maybe buy a t-shirt from the logging company so you look more legit.

Would it be bad to put up some 'No trespassing' signs, cause if not, I would try that.

Still think growing a gazillion plants in the middle of a bunch of highways and factories and whatnot - and in an area where you know other people are growing - is such a terrific idea? I hate to say we told you so, but... well... we did. You're lucky you're finding out what we were talking about now, rather than in mid-September.

From what you said in your other threads, this guy's probably another grower. My advice is to get the hell out of there. Get out of the whole area, and get yourself out into some deep woods somewhere far, far away from all that human activity. I don't know why I'm bothering to tell you that, because you didn't seem to listen to any of our advice before, but I'm a compassionate kinda guy so I'll take one more shot at it. What you're doing is insanely dangerous. You're a fool if you insist on trying to grow your crop there, especially now that you know someone else is poking around the exact same area.

Edit: This is the original thread to which I'm referring.

Agree with Baxter,I had to change my mind about my favorite spot, because I met some timber cuters by accident..thats it,if you wanna grow guerilla style, have at least 5 areas in your mind...
